Founded in 2016 by Tom Bolger and later joined by Davin Hart, Barbers 21 was created and inspired by a passion to bring professional level hair-cuts to the midlands at affordable prices. Both Tom and Dav have a combined 15+ years barbers experience and are backed by hundreds of happy repeat clients.
